While this blog is primarily about my journey into discovering and displaying the glory of God, one facet of that journey is to further the Kingdom of God through multiplying, Jesus-centered, organic house churches. Jonathan Edwards was was used by God to give leadership to the First Great Awakening in America. Like every good revival, there were manifestations of the Holy Spirit’s power that drew criticism from the religious elite. This 43 page document discusses how to know whether a manifestation is from Jesus or not. It is a helpful, theological, Christ-honoring resource that will aid readers in testing manifestations.
